Our final stop today was at Thommas' office so he could take care of something. He works for the city, as a city planner. I think. I may have gotten it wrong, I'll check tomorrow when he and I are both awake. Getting into the building on a Sunday was very James Bondian, with a key card and PIN codes. Then on the way out he snagged some tossed-out keyboards for a friend who is making something with the pried out keys. A good end to the day, with creative recycling.
Tonight was quietly spent working out the captions in the many folk art/antique books they have collected. I'm struggling with reconciling the words I can say, from my audio lessons, with the words I can now read, but don't know how to pronounce, and in the meantime my brain is losing it's grip on my English vocabulary. The worst is when there are people speaking Swedish on TV with Norsk subtitles and my brain wants the two to match. They don't. Brain cramp!
